Rebecca Hawley has worked in Early Intervention, Special Education, Education, and Family Support Services for more than 25 years across the Bay Area and at national and international levels. Her work focuses on helping families navigate complex educational systems while ensuring students receive equitable, appropriate, and legally compliant educational services.
Dr. Hawley partners with families to understand each student’s unique developmental, academic, and social-emotional needs. Through strategic advocacy and collaborative communication, she helps parents effectively engage with schools, service providers, and educational teams to create supportive learning environments that allow students to grow and succeed.
Her professional experience includes leadership and program oversight across nonprofit, state, federal, and private educational organizations. Dr. Hawley holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership with a focus on Special Education and Education Equity and has completed a Special Education Law Certificate from Drexel University, where she also serves as adjunct faculty.
